Note on consultations:
- Languages: English, Dutch, German
- Standard is telemedicine consultations via Zoom
- In-person consultations are available upon request: there is limited availability, with a longer waiting time. House calls possible, with an additional time-based fee and reimbursement of travel costs.
- Messaging support includes consulting through email and text messages. This is offered per time container, not individual questions. Messaging support is only for follow-up and can be booked after an initial consultation
- Monthly care support is for those people who need long-term support with closer monitoring and is additional to their consultations. It includes up to 120 minutes of messaging follow-up per month and may include short phone calls in specific cases.
- A package of consultations and monthly care support will be customised for your individual needs during your initial consultation.
- ! No diagnosis or new treatments will be offered through email or text messages

I receive many health-related questions by email and text message. To ensure careful, sustainable, responsible and personalised care, I’m no longer available to give medical or Ayurvedic advice via these routes, unless you had an initial consultation per telemedicine or in person.
Health questions are addressed during consultations or in paid follow-up time. Message-based follow-up is possible only after a recent consultation and when this has been explicitly agreed upon.
